You’ll receive the same dedicated on-call care and birth support in every option—the difference lies in how we spend our time together leading up to and after your birth.

The Guided Birth Package – $1000

A structured and supportive approach that blends in-depth preparation with personalized care, helping you feel informed, confident, and ready for birth and postpartum.

Includes:

  • 3 prenatal visits (up to 2 hours each; in-home or virtual) A guided approach that blends education, preparation, and support—covering topics such as labour and birth, comfort measures, partner involvement, birth preferences, and postpartum planning, while allowing space for your individual questions and needs
  • Ongoing text and phone support throughout pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postpartum (available between 9am–9pm, Monday to Saturday; 24/7 support provided while on-call for your birth)
  • Personalized Birth Preference Guide
  • “At-a-Glance” educational resources
  • On-call availability from 37 weeks
  • Continuous labour and birth support, remaining with you in the immediate postpartum period (up to 2 hours after birth)

Ideal for families who want more guidance through the process, with space for questions, conversation, and hands-on preparation along the way.

The Balanced Birth Package – $1000

A flexible and personalized approach that allows for both guidance and support, tailored to your individual needs, preferences, and past experiences.

Includes:

  • 3 personalized support sessions (up to 2 hours each; in-home or virtual)
    A flexible approach that blends preparation, guidance, and emotional support—sessions are tailored to your needs and may include birth preferences, comfort measure refresher, previous birth processing, partner preparation, or postpartum planning.
  • Ongoing text and phone support throughout pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postpartum
    (available between 9am–9pm, Monday to Saturday; 24/7 support provided while on-call for your birth)
  • Personalized Birth Preference Guide
  • “At-a-Glance” educational resources
  • On-call availability from 37 weeks

Enhanced Birth Package – $1300

A more comprehensive, hands-on support experience with additional care during the early postpartum period—so you feel supported not just through birth, but as you settle in at home with your baby.

Includes:

  • Everything in the Guided or Balanced Birth Package (your choice of approach)
  • Additional postpartum support:
    • 2 additional in-home postpartum visits (up to 2 hours each)
  • Early postpartum check-in within 24–48 hours after birth
  • Priority booking and limited availability
